The Reelworks C2863 High-Capacity Spring Rewind Reel is engineered for longer, large-bore hose applications where strength, stability, and controlled rewind are essential.

Constructed from heavy-gauge powder-coated carbon steel, this reel is built to carry up to 40 metres of 3/4" hose, making it ideal for high-volume water transfer, wash-down systems, and industrial low-pressure fluid applications.

Despite its high capacity, the reel maintains a compact height and width, making it suitable for installations where space is limited but extended hose reach is required.

A double-arm support structure, reinforced steel flange, and stiffened steel frame provide maximum structural integrity under load. The latching mechanism allows the hose to lock securely at any working length for controlled operation.

Supplied as a bare reel, allowing you to select the correct hose specification for your application.
