Fitting Orientation

Specify the clocking angle of each end fitting in 45° increments. Leave at 0° if your fittings are straight/inline.

What is clocking? Clocking is the rotational angle of one end fitting relative to the other. 0° means both fittings point in the same direction (inline). 90° means the end fittings are at a right angle to each other. If unsure, leave at 0° and our team will confirm.

Common questions about custom hose assembly orders.

Can I return my hose assembly for a refund?
Custom hose assemblies are made to your specification and therefore cannot be returned for a refund unless they are faulty or incorrectly made. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@hydra-line.co.uk or call 01782 658535. We will inspect the hose and arrange a replacement or refund if the assembly is confirmed defective.
I can't see the hose I want — can you make any other hoses?
Yes — we can make virtually any hydraulic or industrial hose assembly. We carry a comprehensive stock of PTFE, food grade, hot wash, suction & delivery, thermoplastic, and specialty hoses. If you can't find what you need in our builder, simply call us on 01782 658535 or email info@hydra-line.co.uk with your requirements (hose type, length, end fittings, pressure rating) and we'll quote you the same day. You can also send us a photo of your old hose and we'll match it.
Terms & Conditions

Please read before placing your order.

  • Assembly charge: A standard £16 assembly charge applies per order (up to 4 hoses). Orders of 5 or more hoses are charged in 30-minute increments at £50/hour. The assembly fee is displayed at checkout.
  • Lead time: We aim for same-day build with next-day delivery on orders placed before 2pm.
  • Free delivery: Free UK delivery on orders over £75.
  • Returns: Custom assemblies are non-refundable unless faulty or incorrectly made. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for any concerns.
  • Accuracy: By placing an order you confirm the specifications provided are correct. Hydra-Line accepts no liability for assemblies built to incorrect customer-supplied specifications.
