Shipping Policy

We aim to get your hydraulic and pressure-wash parts to you as quickly as possible.

Processing
Orders for in-stock items placed before 2pm on a working day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are processed the next working day. Bespoke, cut-to-length or made-to-order items (such as custom hose assemblies and manufactured cylinders) will have lead times advised at the point of order.

Delivery Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. For deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, or offshore locations, additional charges or lead times may apply.

Delivery Times & Charges
Delivery costs and estimated timescales are calculated and shown at checkout based on the weight, size and destination of your order. Standard UK mainland delivery is usually 1-3 working days once dispatched. Larger or heavier items (e.g. hose reels, drums of oil) may be sent on a pallet or courier service with a longer transit time.

Tracking
Where a tracked service is used, tracking details will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries
Please inspect your delivery on arrival. If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us as soon as possible at james@hydra-line.co.uk or 01782 658535 so we can resolve it.
