These terms govern your use of the Hydra-Line website (hydra-line.shop) and your purchase of goods from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

About Us

Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We will confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation email. If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact you and issue a full refund of any payment taken.

Pricing & Payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). We make every effort to ensure prices are correct, but if we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure checkout.

Product Information
We take care to describe and illustrate products accurately. Technical specifications, dimensions and images are provided as a guide. It is your responsibility to ensure a part is suitable for your intended application; if unsure, please contact us before ordering.

Cut-to-Order & Bespoke Items
Hose assemblies, cut-to-length hose and manufactured or refurbished cylinders are made to your specification. Please check your requirements carefully, as these items are non-returnable (see our Return & Refund Policy).

Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images and logos, is owned by or licensed to Hydra-Line and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the price paid for the goods.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
